TMP (Tpo coated metal plate), is a new type of composite waterproof material that integrates longevity, self-cleaning and high strength. Adopting glueless-bonding technology, perfectly bonding TPO and steel plate, avoiding the problem of easy aging by glue bonding.
1. Constructed with TPO membrane laminated to galvanized sheet metal
2.24-gauge steel with a 25 mil thick membrane film
3. Field and flashing TPO membrane heat welds directly to coated metal
Use: Fabricated by the contractor into metal flashings and edge details. It is used to provide monolithic watertight protection for both adhered and mechanically fastened TPO roofing systems.
